Refund Policy：

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at eleven@sparklingco.com with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy：

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. We ship internationally to most countries.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
